Julie Pankey is an internationally recognized spa director, spa consultant, and wellness tourism expert. With 30+ years of experience, Julie guides her clients to build wildly successful businesses. Consulting from a holistic standpoint allows Julie’s clients to be able to take a step back from working in their businesses so they can work on their businesses. Massive shifts happen when Julie works with open-minded spa, hotel, and resort owners. Finding a healthy balance between the heart and brain of the business allows her clients to experience financial freedom, peace of mind, and the ability to explore passions that have taken a back seat for years.
Julie enjoys giving back to her industry by serving on multiple spa and wellness boards. She also supports peers in the spa industry through her SpaHive community and sets new spa owners up for success through her Spa Professionals Academy.
